In a landmark move that underscores the rapid growth of both the company and the city, Sprouts Farmers Market has officially broken ground on its new corporate headquarters in north Phoenix. Developed by Trammell Crow Company and constructed by Wespac Construction, Inc., the mixed-use campus is set to redefine workplace innovation, community engagement, and economic development in the Valley.
Location & Scope
Strategically located at CityNorth, near 56th Street and Loop 101, the new Sprouts headquarters will span over 180,000 square feet across seven acres. The centerpiece of the development is a four-story, 144,500 SF Class A office building, which will house Sprouts’ expanding corporate team.
The campus also includes:
- 25,000 SF flagship Sprouts grocery store
- 11,000 SF of high-end retail and restaurant space
- Three-story parking garage
Amenities Designed for Wellness & Innovation
This isn’t your average office campus. The future Sprouts HQ will feature:
- A top-floor deck with mountain views
- Press Coffee café
- On-site gym and yoga studio
- Culinary kitchens and tasting rooms
- A chef-driven garden for meals and events
The intent is clear: to foster in-person collaboration, promote employee wellness, and encourage community engagement.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held last month, bringing together leadership from Sprouts, Wespac, Trammell Crow, RSP Architects, Keyser, and JLL to mark the beginning of this significant development.
Supporting Growth Nationwide
As one of the nation’s fastest-growing specialty grocers, Sprouts currently operates nearly 450 stores across 24 states. The new HQ is part of a broader expansion plan, which includes:
- 📈 33 new stores opening in 2024
- 📍 At least 35 more planned in 2025
Sprouts will transition from its current 96,000 SF office space to the new campus by August 2026.
